As a child less than 7 yrs. old, Baptism Prep. is mandatory for first-time parents – 3 or 4 sessions in person with Fr. Kawalec (contact below). 

As a child between 7-17 yrs. old, some adequate instruction is required – please contact Ada Honeck (below) for this determination.

As an adult, Baptism Prep. will include the parish’s RCIA process.

• Child under 7yrs. old – Complete and Submit the BAPTISM FORM below.
• Child of 7-17 yrs. old – Complete and Submit the BAPTISM FORM below.
• Adult – Inquire about the parish’s RCIA process.
